Overview:
A Network outage was experienced between 02:45 - 04:45 this morning which impacted the availability of the hosted VoIP service.

This was immediately escalated to our network provider who restored normal service.

Impact:
The Hosted VoiP Service was unavailable during this outage.

Gradwell Action:
Our Network provider has identified and resolved the root cause of the problem. We are confident service has now been restored and continue to monitor service.

This status will remain open whilst we continue monitoring.
